Redwellian provides curated information regarding American eDiscovery and civil litigation.
It distills the vast and fast-developing universe of eDiscovery into key concepts and issues lawyers and their clients want to know.
The name Redwellian comes from the time-honored litigation practice of assembling the essential documents and information needed for a particular litigation topic, issue, or witness into reddish colored folders, colloquially called "redwells".
While the redwells we put together now are often entirely digital, the concept of gathering the important, essential, or Redwellian, information to prepare the case still rings true today.
